Counselling and guidance for elderly people and their relatives
Service advice (Palveluneuvonta) is a guidance and counselling point for elderly people and their relatives. Service advice provides free-of-charge guidance and counselling on, for example:
- services available at home
- housing
- assistive equipment
- digital services
- mobility
- financial benefits
- opportunities for hobbies and recreation as well as
- the activities of associations.
Service advice is available on weekdays 8 - 16.30.
