Training programs that develop mothers' professional skills

Participate in training programmes organised by MiB to support you in identifying your own strengths and strengthening your professional identity. Depending on the training programme, participants will discover new ways to promote their own well-being and coping in busy times or new sustainable ways of reconciling career and family. Participants will be able to open their minds and reflect on their career and motherhood from new perspectives. You will grow your network by getting to know other participants in the programme. The training programme is a great way to share experiences and gain new insights and perspectives through discussion.
The training programme lasts approximately six months and can be delivered either virtually or face-to-face at different locations.

The association's training programmes are a service for Pro and VIP members of the association. You can join the association on our website. Membership of the association costs between €49 and €79 per year, depending on the membership category.
Participants must also pay a specific participation fee, if applicable.
