Terms and conditions

A reservation includes

• Surgical laboratory as requested in the reservation (cadavers positioned and draped) between 8 and 16 o’clock
• Basic surgical instrumentation by TSEC and the care of instruments
• The use of dressing rooms and washrooms, and a coffee area
• Clothing and shoes for OR, protective garments (medical gowns, caps, masks, surgical cloves etc)
• A meeting room in TSEC, if requested (must be reserved separately), max 20 persons
• Coordinator’s services
  • Event-associated guidance and instructions 
  • Reservations of the lecture rooms outside the TSEC facility (rents are not included in the fee), assistance in the catering and hotel reservations in hospital campus
  • Attendance and assistance during the event 
• Basic care of the client’s instrumentation, delivery in three working days
  • Decontamination wash: up to four containers/trays per reserved station. Please notice that large containers can include several levels, that are calculated as trays in the maintenance unit

The preparation of the reserved stations includes the process of procuring suitable cadavers for training, the positioning of the cadavers to the pre-announced operating positions and draping them, and the arrangement of TSEC's basic instrumentation.

A reservation does not include

• A charge for extra work when a cadaver is used before medicolegal autopsy
  • Extra work fee for consultation of medical examiners: 240 € + general VAT / cadaver
• Decontamination wash of client’s instrumentation, when the number exceeds four containers/trays per reserved station
  • Extra washing fee: 28 € + general VAT / container
• Sterilization of client’s instrumentation. Must be ordered separately. Delivery in three working days.
  • Sterilization fee: 35 € + general VAT / container
• Arrangement and packing of client's instrumentation for transportation, fees for freight and custom duties.
  • Coordinator services for packing of client’s instrumentation, must be agreed in advance: 73 € + general VAT / starting hour
• Other services of the staff. Agree in advance.
  • Medical Advisor’s services: 220 € + general VAT / starting hour
• The rent for other lecture rooms or facilities outside TSEC
• Catering
