Kotitori is a guidance and counselling point for elderly people and their relatives. Kotitori provides free-of-charge guidance and counselling on, for example:
- services available at home,
- housing,
- assistive equipment,
- digital services,
- mobility,
- financial benefits,
- opportunities for hobbies and recreation as well as
- the activities of associations.
