Help from the Social Welfare and Health Centres
If you need help with mental health or substance abuse problems, contact your Social Welfare and Health Centre. Mental health teams at the Social Welfare and Health Centres help you or those close to you.
When your own Social Welfare and Health Centre is closed, call the Pirkanmaa Telephone health service at tel. 03 384 5000, or contact us online. The Pirkanmaa Telephone health service is available every day 7-22.
